Magical Woodland Christmas Collection

I’m so delighted to introduce my Christmas collection for 2023 - FESTIVE FOREST TALES.

This magical woodland themed collection of cards and wrapping paper feature the wonderful animals who reside in the magical Singing Fern Forest. Owls, mice, foxes, bears... all celebrating the festive season together. Capturing the magic of a snowy wood at Christmas the luxury wrapping paper is full of luscious detail for little eyes to pore over. Like a lot of my designs; I really want the illustrations to keep giving more as you look at them and I know as a child I spent a lot of time examining the presents under the tree😉 Also like my other wrapping papers ; it is perfect for scrapbooking and using in other crafty ways.

To complement the wrapping paper are four Christmas card designs. Printed on luxury 350gsm FSC certified card and each card is individually hand foiled by myself on my vintage hot foil press Twinkle✨ with the greeting Merry Christmas. I’m so delighted with how special they look and feel in the hand.

I wanted each card to look like a cover or page of a treasured vintage storybook and some of you that have been about here a while might recognise some of the characters from my other artworks. Luna the owl has made a return with her little brother Gabriel. You can read about her debut in this blog post here and Noelle the famous ice skating mouse is visiting the forest on one of the cards too.

This collection has been so special to me as it brings together an imagined world which I have often visited over the last few years and simply can’t resist returning to. There are so many more characters and tales from Singing Fern Forest I want to introduce to you in the future so I have created a secret path into the forest here on this website which you can find if you scan the QR code on the back of the cards or the corner of the wrapping paper.
