AT THE PRESENT MOMENT WE ARE ONLY TAKING ORDERS FROM UK CUSTOMERS ON THIS WEBSITE HOWEVER THE SAME ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE IN MY ETSY STORE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. MANY THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

SHIPPING PRICES

All items are shipped from the UK. Products will be dispatched within 3 working days of purchase date (unless otherwise stated) At the checkout you will be offered two shipping options.

• £2.00 FLAT RATE (ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS ) - Delivery usually 1 to 2 days from dispatch. Not tracked.

• £4.00 FLAT RATE (ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS SIGNED FOR ) - Delivery usually 1 to 2 days from dispatch

  and signature required on delivery.

Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided.

RETURNS

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cassandra@cassandrarileydesigns.com with your order number & a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We do not refund sale items.
