January British Bird Free digital wallpapers

Happy New Year! I hope you had a lovely Christmas and managed to find time to rest and spend time with your loved ones. We enjoyed a quiet family Christmas which is exactly what we all needed. I love the festive period but can’t wait to put all the decorations away afterwards to clear the decks and start afresh.

One of the collections I launched in 2025 was my British Garden Birds collection. The designs feature my original watercolour paintings of twelve birds that are commonly found in British gardens. I’m not a birdwatcher (in the traditional sense)but I really love sitting in our garden and quietly admiring our feathered visitors. I still struggle with identifying them(especially when I have forgotten my glasses) but I’m getting better. I also started listening to a cd of bird song in my car(yes my car is that old) to help with my bird education. I’m not sure how much I have picked up yet but it certainly makes the school run a more serene experience. The collection includes art prints, notepads, decals, sticker sheets and wrapping paper.

I’m particularly fond of the wrapping paper and have lined some of my drawers in my studio with it which makes me smile every-time I open the drawers. I was inspired by a customer who told me they used my Plant Lover wrapping paper to line some vintage drawers. I’m often blown away with how customers use the paper in such creative ways other than as gift wrap. As a new way to use my patterns from my bestselling gift wrap, I thought offering them as desktop and phone wallpapers would be a lovely gift to my customers and subscribers this year. So each month I will be giving a patterned desktop and phone wallpaper to adorn your screens. Each month there will be a design with a calendar box on and a plain patterned wallpaper if you want to use it past January.
