  • After researching and brainstorming, I will sketch out my ideas on paper with a 3B pencil and then photograph my sketches and clean them up in procreate.

    I work with both physical watercolour and digital watercolour (in procreate) often depending on practicality. I use a very similar layering technique either way.

    I then take my scanned files or procreate files into photoshop and prepare them for various product uses such as wrapping paper, cards, stickers.etc

  • Sustainability is very important to me so I try to make as much as possible in my home studio using recycled or FSC certified card & archival inks. For anything I can’t produce in house, I use professional printers here in the UK who source their materials from UK paper mills.

    My embroidery kits are made in collaboration with Bothy Threads, a manufacturer based in Cumbria, UK.

  • Over many years I have refined my packaging to balance being as environmentally friendly yet still as practical as possible. This is always evolving and improving however currently every item is sent in a cardboard envelope or shallow box.

    Most items are packaged within clear biodegradable sleeves or acid free tissue paper.

  • SHIPPING PRICES

    All items are shipped from the UK. Products will be dispatched within 3 working days of purchase date (unless otherwise stated) At the checkout you will be offered two shipping options.

    • £2.00 FLAT RATE (ROYAL MAIL 48 HOUR TRACKED)

    • £4.00 FLAT RATE (ROYAL MAIL 24 HOUR TRACKED)

    Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided.

  • At the present moment we are only taking orders from UK customers on this website however the same items are available in my ETSY STORE to International customers .

  • You will be sent a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been posted.

  • We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cassandra@cassandrarileydesigns.com with your order number & a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
